Do I need these for the annex I Let that adjoins my house that I live in?
The electricity supply is joint through one meter.
My understanding is that if the annex is physically connected to the house, then its likely that you have a non assured tenancy and the EICR for the house should also have assessed the annex. Likewise the EPC would be on the main property and should also assess the annex.
