I was wondering how do open a complain (if possible) on the website?
An EPC has been booked, apparently the engineer came at home (tenant told me) and never heard from him (the engineer) again. 3 weeks now and he has been ignoring my messages, reminders etc etc. I doubt he actually did anything when he went there.
Any way to get my money back ? Also is it possible to let the people know about this scam engineer?

The assessor attended the property at the booked time but never went in? It’s not clear what you mean.
In order to create the EPC he would need to go inside.
Have you checked online to see if the epc has been created?

Thank you for your reply.
The EPC report has not been created no (previous one has ended in 30 January 2023).
I have booked an appointment for the engineer to go there (it was in 5th February) and the tenant confirmed that the engineer came on the 5th.
Since, I have not heard back from the engineer. He doesn’t reply to any messages and I still don’t have the EPC report.
