EPC not being allowed to be uploaded to the photos section

Hi,

I uploaded the first part of the EPC certificate (with the address redacted) but you rejected it saying the address is there. I appreciate that you use automated software so can you please give an example of what part of the EPC is necessary and which we can upload, considering if we included the ‘C’ at the top then you say there is an address.
Otherwise I would just include the bar at the bottom, however I have suspicions this doesn’t fulfil the obligation to present the EPC to the prospective tenants prior to renting.

Why can’t we upload it like the Gas and Electricity certificate?

I tried again and this time the photo was not rejected. So if this happens to you just try uploading it again (making sure the address and at least most of the reference number is occluded).
