I have completed my reference, but OpenRent could not locate my Equifax credit file. I have logged onto Equifax myself and found the file. Anyone know what I can do to add it to my reference application?
as long as you have provided the correct personal information on your application ( eg name, address, dob, previous address history etc?? this should link up.

Occasionally, Equifax are unable to find credit history based on discrepancies with information inputted on-site - such as the format of your address - and the information that’s on your file.
The first port of call would be to ensure that the information you’ve provided us during referencing matches with any information Equifax have.
If you think something may need updating, please let us know and we can reopen the reference so that you can make the required amendments.
