After serving Section 21 couple of months ago, it looks like I will need to go on to apply to the courts for possession. Can anyone recommend any solicitors that won’t cost the earth to proceed with accelerated possession?
I’m outside the UK and last time I tried to do this online was impossible. I couldn’t even find which county court would accept my application or how to pay, etc. County courts didn’t answer phones or emails.
