I have arranged to lease out my property via openrent and the current tenant (who was very pleasant to start with) added quite a few requirements post signing the contract and moving in. I pushed back on a few items and she went radio silent. I am now worried that this tenancy will go very wrong (for example if she stop paying rent… what can I do and when can I ask her to leave?) I definitely don’t wish to go to the worst scenario, but need to know my options… if anyone could recommend an eviction specialist that would be of great help!
