Thinking of using OR to let my flat as I’m moving abroad and would like to get feedback for their Management plus service.
It is very cost effective… Maybe too good to be true?
I’m not familiar with their management plus offer, but given that you wont be on hand, I’d be looking for a service that in addition tenant find and tenancy creation, also provides ongoing management of the property and tenancy. Carrying out periodic inspections. Dealing with any problems. Providing a contact point for tenants. Keeping the tenancy legally compliant and managing tenants leaving, including evictions where necessary.
