Fire Risk Assessment

Can anyone please advise whether it is a mandatory requirement as a landlord of a private family dwelling to conduct a Fire Risk Assessment under S235 of the Housing Act 2004?

Does your insurance policy state that the building complies (where applicable) with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005? Mine does.
