Forgot to apply rent review on anniversary

A property I have is rented out under a company let agreement (as opposed to an AST). In the agreement, the rent review clause states: “It is agreed that the rent as defined in the agreement will be reviewed in an upwards only fashion on the anniversary of the commencement date and any subsequent anniversaries in line with the RPI (Retail Price Index) increases for the previous 12 months and subject to a minimum of 3% and maximum of 7%.” I forgot to apply this on the anniversary last year - am I within my rights legally to retrospectively charge the company for this?

if it were me I would be happy they are still there and paying rent. You can google this question and get a variety of answers

Almost certainly not
