I forgot to set an ad as HMO until the applicant is under reference check. what can I do to make the change ? I have no way to modify the original ad in the UI.
Contact OR support. I assume issue is you want an individual contract for the tenant?
May be easiest to refund holding deposit withdraw listing and start again with a new listing/new holding deposit.

I paid for the Rent Now and Referencing so withdraw listing and start again cost me a lot.
@Wai4 you wont need to do the referencing again tho and as they havent yet created a contract, then a new listing should still allow you to create a contract using the ‘rent now’ you’ve already paid for. check with OR support obviously. they might be able to amend even tho hmo isnt what your original advert said
