I am new to Openrent and I am beginning to wonder if its worth using it with my first listing. I would have just paid an estate agent and move on.
I feel angry and frustrated with Openrent. I have sent message and message and no response. Moreso, there is no contact number. So can someone help me here, please. I got voices message that is empty, am I supposed to call them back or is it just a time-waster?
I wanted to upload a video but the systems isnt allowing me, it is not giving me error message or why. what am i to do please?
I think you are getting a Covid response: many businesses work a short day by email only on Monday to Friday!
Regarding the video, the latest I heard was that you have to upload it to your YouTube (private) account and use your Youtube link on the OpenRent site: a pallaver!
Other than that, OpenRent appear to offer a very good service and is fair snd neutral in its dealings with both tenants and landlords. You can expect a response from them early next week.

Hi Ovi, I managed to upload a video to my property listing without too much trouble. As @John45 mentioned, you do need to upload your video to Youtube first. Once you have done this, you can save the link on your listing page (Edit your page, scroll down to the section after the photos, you should see “Optional: Add YouTube share URL” and a field to paste the link in) I’ve heard that estate agents haven’t been too quick to respond to queries either so it may well be a COVID thing. Hope that helps anyway
