Hello, I’m letting my property out unfurnished. Tenant tells me the contract says furnished.
I can’t find anywhere to see this or change it in agreement.
I have seen this though and we are getting a Check in Clerk who will be doing an inventory.
Could someone please guide me where to find this on the contract because it’s not clear or if I do need to change it given The check in clerk report Will specify un
furnished
