Had auto email, saying: your order will automatically renew on 13 February, 2023. You will be charged £45.00 on 13 February, 2023 using card ending 3868. An engineer will be in touch to arrange a date shortly afterwards.

I thought fine. Then checking on Openrent today 13/02/2023 it says appointment 13/02/2023 as well. No engineer has been in contact so obviously I haven’t arranged for anyone to be home for the appointment. Is it just an error on the system saying the appointment is today?
