Slow response from OpenRent team

I signed up with Open Rent to make a landlord listing and registered my credit card details about 2-3 months ago. Now that I am ready to publish my listing, I cannot pay for the Full Rent service as the card I used has expired. When I try to pay it says ‘Card Declined’ and there are no options anywhere to add a new card.

This happened two days ago and I have emailed the team to solve the problem but have still not received a useful answer. Has anyone else had this problem? I just want to pay but have been unable to find a way to register new card details.
