OpenRent: no gas certificate service

I have requested a Gas inspection through Open Rent, however despite an appointment confirmed with the company no one turned up. Been calling the company and every time it goes to voicemail and the texts go unanswered.

Now i cannot find a way how to contact Open Rent to get a refund before I book a different company.

Was going to take on open rent property management for £29/m, glad I didn’t.

Any advice please?
