Getting a tenant who has gone under the radar to pay what was awarded by a Judge

Good evening,
I am looking for suggestions for the next steps in getting payment from a former Tenant who has left no forwarding address and was ordered by the courts to pay me what was owed. I have moved to the next step by engaging the Bailiffs who have been unsuccessful in locating the individualto serve the warrant of control.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and had success in getting your money?

I have a copy of the credit report that was done prior to moving into my property and his next of kin is listed on there. Could the warrant be issued to this address in a different county?
Any help would be most welcome since the courts are unable to resolve this.

That is…. If the amount makes it worth it.

You won’t be able to enforce in a foreign country.

He is not in another country but another county in the UK.

Oops my mistake. I read Country, instead of County.

Either way, you can only issue to the defendants address, not a family member.
