Can anyone help me
I’ve live in my rental property for about 7 years now.
Due to unforeseen circumstances about 4 years ago i fell behind with the gas and electricity bills. So energy company came out and fitted pre payment meters. All the money owed is payed off and with a different supplier now. I hand in my notice tomorrow to end my tenancy could this issue affect me getting my bond back. Thanks

Where a tenancy is set up with OpenRent, the landlord arranges for deposit return via the DPS. Tenants can also request repayment directly from the DPS website.
As this tenancy wasn’t setup by OpenRent, we’d suggest reaching out to your landlord directly to discuss the return of your deposit.
