Guarantor not receiving email help

Good evening. I accidentally supplied the wrong email address for my guarantor for the property I am trying to rent. I then re submitted her details for approval by the landlord. My guarantor still has not received the email to conduct referencing which is a bit of a worry as it means I could miss out on the property! Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you have changed the email submitted, then this should be available to the Lamdlord in the portal. Best to message them to check they can see the correct email & what the status of the reference shows as.
