I am going to start a new tenancy for a tenant. I started referencing via openrent. She has entered the wrong email address for the Guarantor. Now she has added the same guarantor again with correct email id.
I already paid for guarantor referencing before but since she has added them again, openrent ask’s me for a payment.
Can anyone please guide how i can get this corrected?

I have a similar issue where a guarantor’s employer is on annual leave and holding up the whole process. The tenant (who has already passed her referencing) has offered another family member as a guarantor but will this cause me to have to pay again for another person to be referenced? I could cancel the first guarantor but their referencing is in progress
