I’ve been trying to use Housing Hand as my partners guarantor in referencing. I’ve spoken to three different individuals, two of whom don’t seem to understand their own website functionality and a simple admin error!
All I want to do is provide the correct email address to contact the guarantor to enable the application to move into the next step.
Does the landlord have to use said details to get in contact with the guarantor? The process doesn’t appear to be clearly defined anywhere and when phoning in the gentleman on the phone stated as he worked in a different department he didn’t know either, and have since received an email saying a company reference isn’t acceptable, which seems to contradict this post I have seen on this very forum.
