Can anybody clarify in a tenancy agreement what classes as Gutter Maintaining? I read a lot on this issue, and apparently this shouldnt be allowed to be included in a tenancg agreement because it is always the landlords responsibility to maintain and repair guttering?
But if it has been included and signed in a contract then do i have to clean and maintain them?
What happens about not having access to a ladder?
Is it the LLs responsibility to have come round and kept the upkeep of the outside of his property?
He is trying to charge for replacement, but do i have to just go back and clear it if its blocked? Surely the cost of repair is down to the LL?
Please advise and i have no problems paying if i am liable
