I got a reply from a listing that says he wants me to pay the realty company directly. Has anyone worked with this company before?
A quick google search shows they are a registered company on Companies House but that doesn’t mean much. No viewing, no money.

Money up front ? never do it for a landlord ,builder etc it will come back and bite you
