I am wondering whether anyone has dealt with this tenant applicant Michael X and whether they say who they really are. This is what he said in his application.

What we agree to pay you each month is exactly what you receive. No fees, no management costs, no excuses - just your rent paid in full and on time month after month. Is this something you would be interested in? If so I can arrange a call to answer any questions you may have."
I have never dealt with such agent maybe? Is he Legit? Anyone dealt with them before? pros and cons please. Many thanks

OR deals with private landlords only and has a separate report clause for organizations contacting you. Then it sends to them an automated reply “Not interested in your services”. By contacting you, they break the rules.
