Hi, i am attempting to move from Stoke on Trent to Seaford/Newhaven/Brighton/Worthing area . I have a lot of family along the south coast and want to provide my children (16 &13) a better quality of life. My son has numerous issues and i am his full time carer. Due to this i am struggling to find a property that, based on my affordability due to lower benefits up north, that will accept me. My affordability down here would be higher, if i lived down here. My uncle was going to be a guarantor through an estate agent but wasn’t comfortable to do so after finding out they all want his private details and not his business details. My auntie who lives in America, who owns her own business, who would stand guarantor but estate agents wont use her.
I’m looking for a 3 bed, that accepts pets (i have cats). Even if its just a short term let until benefits are sorted or I’m able to find a job that’ll accommodate my sons college hours and hospital appointments. I have saved enough for the deposit. I’ve been in my current property for 11 nearly 12 years, never once defaulted on my rent, or bills, never any damage or disruption to property or landlady.
