I need help and some guidance, I’m due to take on a short term tenant for about 50 days. What is the best contract to draw up? How do i protect myself if they turn out to be looking to overstay with no rent. It’s a risky tenancy should i even take it on. Thanks in advance
You will never be able to stop an overstayer… your choice …weigh up risk v reward
