Hello I have tried for the past three day to try get through to anyone at openrent without any success. I need to get the holding deposit from open rent as my tenants have moved into the property. I tried using rent now but the have a maximum of £12k which isn’t that much in London. Please can anyone assist?
Openrent only take the holding deposit when you use rentnow. If you weren’t using rentnow then I suspect you should’ve rejected the holding deposit so that it was refunded and dealt with this direct with the tenant.
