Hi I am a landlord I’ve declined a holding deposit as I wasn’t ready as still seeing Tennants. It was my misunderstanding about the whole rent now button.
I have now decided to go with the Tennant but the web page will not allow her to rent now as it keeps telling her she has already been declined
The whole help side of open rent is a bit clunky and somewhat unhelpful.
Has any one else had this issue.
