Rent now payment

I have accepted tennants and refrances but its not letting them place the holding deposit just takes us back to the chat between ourselves. What are they or I doing wrong?

Have you tried ‘inviting them to place holding deposit’ via your portal?

I’ve never had this ‘not work’, and its normally obvious how this works, so unsure what might be going wrong.
