Let’s say you put down holding deposits for two places and decide to cancel one of them. Do you get refunded for that as well? Or only if the landlord cancels?

So, you want two LL to stop viewings and hold two flats for you while you’re deciding? Don’t you even see that it’s unfair to one of the LL? What if LL took two holding deposits, one from you, and another - from another T, and then told you that they decided not to go with you? How would you feel?
What do you think is the point of holding deposit?
