I’ve been told I would be getting a refund as landlord has closed application 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Contacted openrent not much help told me to contact my bank which I have but there’s no pending payments or payments on hold

I can see the team reached out to you on Monday to confirm that this was resolved already - the refund’s already been processed and banks typically take a few working days to process this!
