Hi, I need help and advice. It’s been 48 hours I have paid holding deposits for a flat in dartford and up till now the landlord hasn’t even acknowledged or get back to me. I have sent multiple messages and yet no response. What can I do to get my money back?

Yes mark10, and paid deposit same day through OpenRent. And sent landlord message but yet no response. I even told him to ring me or drop is number so I can ring him. Still no answer.
