I have potential tenants that want to use Housing Hand as their guarantor.
It’s a guarantor service, that I have not used before.
I am first time landlord.
I was wondering if, when I press “add or request guarantor” on the Openrent website, will the tenants then be able to add the Housing Hand service onto the Openrent tenancy?

Tenants being referenced through OpenRent, or who are entering into a tenancy through our Rent Now service, are welcome to nominate Housing Hand, or any other guarantor company.
When you click “Add or Request Guarantor” the tenant(s) will be asked to nominate their guarantor and should enter their name and contact details as normal.
Housing Hand have acted as guarantors for OpenRent tenants in the past; so, are familiar with our processes.
