I don’t want to advertise on Gumtree as it just leaves me with voicemails of people who haven’t read the brief. How do I remove the gumtree listing but keep the zoopla and Rightmove one up?
anoying isnt it? I find people ask a question even though the answer is in the listing . e. g you can say "no pets " and they ask can you accept a cat !!
I’ve always found enquiries from Gumtree to be 50/50 at best. Lot of chancers, agents and people who haven’t bothered to read even the bullet point description/requirements. I still use it to advertise for tenants but not the paid service. I use Openrent for that.
