Hi everyone,
We place a holding deposit, we proceed with referencing and we passed it, the next step is for the landlord, but It’s been already 5 days and We have any updates/news about the situation, We tried to email the landlord multiple times but no answers.
What can I do? And How long does it usually take after the referencing is been approved?
