Good evening everyone! How long do I have to wait for a response from the landlord? He doesn’t reply to my messages. We passed the references successfully. It’s been 48 hours. Please help.!!!
It’s entirely up to the landlord. You could possibly message openrent direct who may give them a nudge.
How do we do this? I’m having a similar issue as we haven’t heard back from our referencing in almost a week and landlord has gone quiet.
if they haven’t got in touch then maybe that’s a sign. (Of at least them being unreliable)
