I urgently need to work out a way to arrange remote viewings.
I tried sending a zoom link through the messaging service and it was blocked.
What can you suggest that I can do?

You need to exchange email / mobile number with the tenants & do this direct.
Exchange WhatsApp numbers and arrange a time convenient to both of you to do a 5 min virtual video tour. Easy peasy.
I have used Vimeo app in the past and posted the link in the chat which worked fine although it isn’t a live viewing it will help them to see the condition and if they show a serious interest you can then exchange phone no and do a live viewing.
