If they want the property, how do they sign TA? We prefer to do it independently.
When checks are completed to our satisfaction, we take security deposit and sign tenancy agreement. On the day or day before T pay rent and then receives he keys. Not sure how to do the same on the distance. You need to sign TA in person, don’t you?
Although I haven’t done this myself, I do know that nowadays LLs/agents do conduct live viewings via videocall. Documents can be signed digitally using software such as Adobe or Docusign. This is common practice for international students. It does require the LL/agent to be a little tech savvy.
I did a quick Google on it and it’s US$15.00/month which is probably not worth it unless your signing large amounts tenancies. Adobe PDF has a free version which allows the user to sign digitally.
