I have registered with openRent to rent a double bedroom but am not getting a favourable response.The rent was £950 and reduced to £900. All suggestions will be appreciated.
Get some local agents round to give you a valuation?

In many places 950pcm will get an entire studio flat. What’s the location/postcode ?
Try sharing the listing here so people can comment on it, say how long it’s been listed for, when reduced?
Look at prices for similar in your area /postcode - .check on Openrent, rightmove and spareroom ?
Explain what you mean by 'not getting a favourable response ’ - not any enquiries. People who cant afford it, what is the problem ?
