I few years ago i was working for a agency that done maintenance for the home office ,and when the berlin wall came down they paid vast amounts to ex east german security officials ,there job in east germany was to piece together letters and documents from bins j they were so fasy at it it was scary and they weren’t big pieces some had gone through the shredder and they would piece them back !
Uk workers would last 10 mins doing it
