My ex tenant turned my property into a cannabis farm causing more than £30,000 in damages to bring the property back up to the standard prior the illegal activity.

My issue is about Criminal vs Civil Court proceedings, and with unfair terms and conditions set by Landlords Insurance where burden of risk is solely the landlords
