Hi, I have found a tenant for my flat and proceeded to accept the holding deposit etc and progress on the app.
However, I had several viewing set up for tomorrow and now I cabt find a way to access those communications anymore. Woukd they have recieved a notification the flat was gone? I don’t want them travelling to view it for no reason! I’d like to try and tell them.its gone so how can I see those messages again on here?! Thanks for Aby advice asap! Thanks!!
It should have let agreed on the various portals but yes if your viewers don’t look at that which they may be unlikely to they may travel to the area or even to the address at viewing time. It would be best if openrent emailed the other viewings with a let agreed notice

What if the person who places the holding deposit falls through? You’ll have lost everyone in the queue.
I don’t take holding deposits but keep everyone informed as to where they are in the queue. I don’t stop advertising the property until someone literally moves in.
You never know.
I’m sure that if you go to manage tenancies you can still select on Tenant enquiries and message anyone. I can still access mine that have been active tenancies for some months, so I’m sure you can with one you’ve only just accepted an application.
that said, I’m sure that they will have had an automatic ‘property is no longer available’ message.
