Initiated rent now - how to communicate with unsuccessful applications?

We are progressing the rent now option with one set of tenants but I didn’t realise that I would no longer be able to message all of the other people that came to see the house. Is there a way to be able to send a message to them to let them know that we are not progressing their application?

Don’t worry - we handle this for you!

By accepting a holding deposit, we let all previous enquiries know that you’ve done so and that the property is no longer available.

In the event that the property does become available at a later date - for instance if you change your mind about the tenants - you’ll have the option to let them know of this.
