I had my insurance for my rent house with Churchill but they have decided they are not doing it anymore and it was quite cheap and I’m upset but in March is finish so now I don’t have insurance and send an email about they can sort out insurance we need to talk to these insurance people. I cannot just do it digital I’m 67-year-old.
Open rent sent me that email, So I follow it I put continue I sign in. I follow the email but I couldn’t talk to anybody. They gave me a quote but there are other things I need to talk to this insurance about and there’s not an option of chat or something.
Are you a tenant? Is this contents insurance that you took to cover your own belongings? If so, just ring any insurance broker, and I’m sure they will be able to sort you a new policy over the phone.

CIA insurance are cheap and do it over the phone and by normal mail if you are looking for buildings insurance as a landlord

Try simply insurance, they are very helpful and you can telephone them. Being 67 is no excuse for not being able to do it digitally. Im over 70yr and I can do it and Im certainly not a whiz on the computer or smart phone. Local councils run courses in computer literacy for older people perhaps this would be helpful for you.

Thank you , you’re right , no excuse , insurance I like more over the phone but either way , thank you for the tip I’ll ring them tomorrow
