Is it really worth paying for this service. £125 for a three bedroom property in London. Could I not just do it myself? If there’s a major problem which I don’t think is wear and tear, just take a time-stamped photo.

@Howard1 it’s exactly the same as checkin services- by getting done professionally and independently both you and tenant get an opportunity both to correct and mistakes or things missing and if there are issues that need claiming for, an independent report is helpful
If you have done frequent detailed inspections and are confident there will be nothing to find, maybe DIY.
