Good Morning,
Our landlord is trying to charge us for the inventory check list but I wanted to ask if according to the tenants act (June) 2019, can the landlord charge tenants for inventory checklists if the check is carried out by a third party?
Is it not the landlords personal preference on who carries out the checklist. Either a paying third company or they could have done it themselves for free?
