Issue with OnTheMarket automatic viewing requests

Hi all,

I requested a property viewing through OnTheMarket yesterday for one specific property. However, I have since received multiple emails and phone calls from various estate agents saying, “thank you for requesting to view this property, when would you like to view it?”

These are almost all properties which I’m not interested in, and estate agents whom I’ve never contacted before, so presumably OnTheMarket has automatically sent my viewing request to every estate agent within the immediate area.

As I was getting frustrated with having to explain this situation to every estate agent who contacted me, I tried to contact OnTheMarket, but my message failed to send because “reCaptcha verification failed”.
Does anyone know of a more immediate way in which I can resolve this issue?

I haven’t been on OpenRent before, so I assumed it was a forum for asking any and all questions about renting homes. Is there a more appropriate forum/site you could direct me to?
