Right now. Can you force tenants/lodgers to use vehicles with registration 63 or later for environmental reason, in Wales? (auto or manual)

Hi, I haven’t looked into this much bit I assume that you can’t force tenants or lodgers to use particular vehicles. I don’t know the regulations you’re refering to, but the relevant enforcement agency would be the actor who can enforce those regulations, not their landlord.

Fang . Where has this come from? I have nowhere near a 63 plate, I am a landlord. I live in Wales imagine me trying to tell a tenant they have to get an up to date car , when I dont have one
