Hi, myself and my partner are key workers (well, my partner is a Paramedic and I’m waiting on vetting completion to commence with the Police). We are currently living in Lincolnshire but need to move over to anywhere between Warwick and Birmingham, close to a train station to take me into Birmingham New Street and easy access to Warwick for my partner as he is based there.
We would like a long-term let as we don’t want to keep moving. It’s stress and hassle we don’t need and are happy to put down roots permanently for the right place. No house-shares. Monthly rent upto £900pcm (bearing in mind key worker salaries).
We are a middle-aged couple, our adult kids have moved out now and we have our cats. We are very house proud so would like a nice house, 2 beds with a separate dining room. Ideally away from main roads and backing onto a common or wooded area so the cats can roam safely.
Parking for at least 1 car, if the station is in easy walking distance then we’ll downgrade to just 1. A rear garden would be nice but we aren’t bothered about one in the front if parking is offered in its place.
We will be ready to move at the beginning to middle of February and are open to viewing properties now. Thank you.
