I know there are threads on landlord insurance but I couldn’t find guidance
My property is within a purpose built, new build flat that is leasehold and predominantly shared ownership. I was able to staircase and purchase all of my shares.
Therefore I know that buildings insurance is already covered and I pay towards that via the service charge. So do I need a separate landlord insurance on an unfurnished property?
Are you allowed to let this shared ownership property? Check with the association that owns it if youre not sure as my understanding is that most dont allow it.
