Let offer agreed below asking price, how do I proceed to referencing

Hi,

We have agreed a let below our asking price. How do I proceed to referencing without lowering the asking price on the advert? In case we have to re-list.

I have just done this successfully for one particular applicant. If that doesn’t work out it’s hidden and I can just reinstate the original price - until I take pity again!!
